Just When I Thought I Would Get Away

It’s wonderful living amongst country folk. The sweet cacophony of the symphonic chorus of the Baritone blasts of twelve gauge shotguns aimed at FOOD, (It’s DEER hunting season in Ohio right now.), instead of a neighbor. The nice thing about spending time in a city that takes 20 minutes to walk ACROSS is that there are more Olive to Cocoa skinned beings in it than in ‘ THE METROPOLIS’. And 90% of the people passing by you, whether by Pick-up truck ,Motorcycle, ( Tonnes of Harleys !),is that they wave their ENTIRE hand to/ at you… Single digit salutes are rare, except between fellow class competitors of the dirt tracks.

And they don’t have so many problems as the sectarianists in the “burbs”. I only was spurred into into this by the news out of [\"Hot\"-lanta, GA] on how ‘[black] [college][\'educators\'] attempted to sway the mayoral elections by passing their sham opinion onto the voters as if they were a group of “NOTED” thinkers of a nationally recognized forum. Doing so by [race-baiting]. It’s amazing that when a group finally achieves that which had proved a BARRIER to THEM is so quickly added to their arsenal.

I was smacked on the back of my head, and NOT by my Grandmother, by this read action. WE must remember that just after the end of the “Civil” WAR that the FIRST politicians, like [John Roy Lynch], most likely had the urge to “do to those that had been done to them”, but knew they had to set a new and BETTER STANDARD. The question that they had to ask was what IS freedom, and knew that it wasn’t what they had been shown. Then, as now, hand caressing the chin “in study”…

“I…WISH…

I write this to the area where I was conceived, I’ve left it probably for good. And with that acknowledgement I have a better understanding of Frederick Douglass’ written content from England, Richard Wright from France… so many that “LOVED” their home.. but couldn’t continue to “LIVE” there.
